P.L.E.A.S.E.® Professional is a state of the art compact device for medical and aesthetic applications that is safe, precise and versatile.

This easy to use system offers outstanding safety features, which allow it to be delegated to a health care professional. The advanced user interface and sophisticated software ensures convenient and simple touch-screen operation giving users the option of selecting either pre-stored parameters or customizing parameters themselves.

The device can be used straight out of the box since there is no need for installation through a qualified technician.

SMART PORATION™ Process

P.L.E.A.S.E.® Professional has been developed addressing three major markets:

  • SMART PORATION™ Therapy for aesthetic & cosmetic treatments and
  • Micro-Poration for efficient transdermal drug delivery.

Different settings

Each of the recommended applications require different settings to guarantee optimal clinical results, which is why P.L.E.A.S.E.® Professional has pre-stored settings. But, the system allows changing the depth of each pore, depending on the bio-active agent used. Or, to control dosage by the number of pores (or density) provided.

Technology details

P.L.E.A.S.E.® Professional has been engineered to deliver laser mediated micro-poration safely and precisely. It operates using a novel diode pumping scheme with a range of advanced pulse parameters. This unique technology enables a precise depth control down to 5-10microns. Additionally, the efficiency of a diode-pumped system emits high-power short pulses, which minimize the trauma significantly; but keeps the dimensions of the system very compact. The pulse repetition rate of up to 500 Hz allows customized pulse forming and sequential creation of micropores while the incorporated beam deflection unit means that it is possible to control & vary the micropore density (drug dosage control).
